Implementation of Goal 4 will allow to:

  • ensure that all girls and boys complete a free, equitable, good-quality primary and post-primary education;
  • ensure that all girls and boys have access to high-quality early childhood development, care and pre-school education;
  • provide all women and men with equal, free, or affordable access to high-quality technical, vocational, and higher education;
  • eliminate gender inequality in education and ensure equal access to education at all levels and to vocational training for all.
  • create new and improved condition of existing educational facilities that will meet the needs of children and disabled people;
  • increase the number of qualified teachers.
