Ensure healthy lives and promote well-being for all people of all ages

Implementation of Goal 3 will allow to:

reach a positive impact on the global perinatal mortality rate;
eliminate deaths of newborns and children under five years of age;
eliminate the epidemic of AIDS, tuberculosis, malaria, tropical diseases, viral hepatitis and other infectious diseases;
strengthen prevention and treatment of addictions;
minimize the number of injuries and deaths in traffic accidents;
provide access to knowledge about family planning and sexual activity;
increase financing of health care.
