Promote stable, sustainable and inclusive economic growth, full and productive employment and decent work for all people
Implementation of Goal 8 will allow to:
maintain per capita economic growth, taking into account national circumstances;
achieve and sustain at least seven percent annual growth in gross domestic product in the least developed countries;
introduce development policies supporting production activities, creating decent jobs, entrepreneurship, creativity, and innovation. It will encourage the formalization and development of micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises, through access to financial services;
increase the efficiency of the use of natural resources in global consumption and production;
ensure full and productive employment and decent work for all women and men, including young people and people with disabilities; will ensure equal remuneration for work of equal value;
eliminate forced labor, modern forms of slavery, and human trafficking, including child labor recruitment and the use of child soldiers;
enhance the capacity of domestic financial institutions to facilitate and expand access to banking, insurance, and financial services for all;
